I     What is included:

This Policy explains how our mobile applications, websites, products and all related services collect, store, use, and share your personal information. It also describes how you can control and protect your privacy on our Service.

II     Administering and Safeguarding your Privacy:

If so, Outrival Education & CCLApp – ORE requests you to be careful. Never meet someone in private for the first time; choose a public place, and have company along with.
  2. Account Settings: You should review these settings regularly and make suitable changes. Outrival Education & CCLApp – ORE in no way takes responsibility for the notification of any amendments.
  3. Removing/ Deleting Your Information and Posts: You can request us to delete your information and posts. To do so, send an email to support (mailto: info@oreedu.com.au) from the email address associated with your account, requesting deletion.
  4. Password: Do not share your password with anyone. If you think someone has your password, please change it immediately. Please store your passwords in a safe place.
  5. Third Parties: Outrival Education & CCLApp – ORE does not take responsibility of the privacy policies of third party websites, apps and ad servers. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of each and every website and app you visit which might be related to your Outrival Education & CCLApp – ORE account.
  6. Opting Out of Receiving Cookies: You may set your browser to block some or all cookies as per your discretion. However, our Service might not fully function if you disable cookies. If you use multiple devices, browsers or computers, you will need to opt out of receiving cookies on each one. Also, if you change devices or computers you will need to repeat this opt-out process.
  7. Do Not Track Signals: Some Internet browsers include the ability to transmit “Do Not Track” signals, but there are no uniform standards for this. We do not process or respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

  • Registration with the help of a third party tool: When one downloads or registers for any Service by or through a third party platform Outrival Education & CCLApp – ORE has the right to access and collect certain information from your third party tool or by cookies placed on your device by such third party site.

  • to manage your account, including to communicate with you regarding your account, if you have an account on our Site;

VI     Access to Your Personal Information

VII     Removal/ Deletion of Your Personal Information 

You may delete your account at any time, and your personal information will be deleted in the normal course of business pursuant to our current data retention practices. You may request to have all your personal information deleted by contacting us via email. We will comply with all deletion requests to the extent permissible by law and will not delete data that we are legally required to maintain legally even on request.

  • At anytime if you want to access, correct, update, remove or request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, or request porting of your personal information, you can do so at any time by contacting us.
  • You have the right to opt-out of communications that we share with you anytime. You can exercise this right by clicking on the “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” link in the emails we send you or you can write a mail to our (support mail).
  • In case we have taken your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw at any given Settings section or by sending us an email. In case you opt to unsubscribe to the ads that we show, please understand that you will still be able to see ads but they won’t be customised as before.

 

VIII     Our Policy on Children

Our Site is not primarily directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us on(support mail). We will delete such information from our files as soon as reasonably practicable.

If you do not do so, we may continue to rely upon that previous consent to keep using and processing your personal information in the same way.
  • Portability – If you wish to transfer your personal data to another organisation (and certain conditions are satisfied), you may ask us to do so, and we will send it directly if we have the technical means.

 

IX     Rights to change of Privacy Policy:

We may occasionally amend this Privacy Policy and we reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Security of Personal Information

However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

Outrival Education will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.


Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
